Now that I've covered all the H-series Interstates, it's time to focus on the 2dis of the Lower 48. As it is, I'm taking on my most ambitious project, which is creating virtual drives on every route in existence, and first up is I-2, which currently runs from Penitas to Harlingen, but will eventually be extended north and west to Laredo along the US 83 corridor. The exit numbers are set up so that they will not need to be renumbered when I-2's extensions are built.
This is the temporary western terminus of I-2, and as you can see, Laredo is 130 miles away.
I-2 intersects I-69C in McAllen.
This is the eastern terminus of I-2, where it meets I-69E northwest of Brownsville.
A showcase of the highways in North America. Includes the 48 continental United States, Canada, Alaska and Hawaii.
