This is the first eastbound exit on I-8. Note that there is no exit for northbound I-5.

This interchange makes up for the missing EB-NB movement at I-5.

Apparently, number duplication does not affect I-15 and CA 15. As they make up one continuous route, they are exempt from California's policy that prohibits the same number from being used in different places. A few other examples exist, such as I-110/CA 110 and I-710/CA 710 in Los Angeles.

Meet the outer beltway for San Diego.

Crossing the Colorado River into Arizona...

One day, I-11 may end somewhere near this exit, but for now, SR 85 is the way north to I-10.

For the final exit, you now have a choice of going to one of Arizona's two largest cities.
