The exits in Mississippi are unnumbered, due in large part to I-69 being incomplete through the state. Plans call for it to cross the Mississippi River on a brand new bridge, with a possible spur into Cleveland.

I-69 continues north on a concurrency with I-55, then I-240 and finally I-40 before ending abruptly north of Memphis.

I-69 resumes northward along the Purchase Parkway towards Paducah.

Here, I-69 joins a concurrency with I-24 heading east.

This is the first exit after splitting off from I-24, this time on the Western Kentucky Parkway.

I-69 shifts to the Pennyrile Parkway and follows it north to Henderson.

This is the temporary end of I-69. However, a new-terrain alignment is planned to allow for a crossing into Indiana via a new Ohio River bridge.
