I-37 runs from Corpus Christi to San Antonio for a total of 142 miles. It is one of many intrastate 2di's in Texas. First up is the northbound trek:
I-37 meets the first of two I-69 branches here. I-69E will extend south to Brownsville in the future, along what is now US 77.
I-69E will split off to the north and continue to Victoria, where it will meet up with I-69W and form the main I-69 route into Houston and beyond.
I-69W is planned to connect Victoria to Laredo, along US 59. Somewhere south of this junction, I-69C will also split to the south and head towards McAllen.
This exit is exactly as the sign says: You can use this U-turn ramp to access the southbound side.
From a distance, this exit sign may read Hot Wheels Blvd, but your mind is most likely playing tricks on you. (Altthough, wouldn't it be neat if the street was actually named that?)
The end of the road for I-37 comes just north of downtown San Antonio.
