Now, here's the westbound drive on I-24:










Passing Secret I-124...





Just crossing into Georgia, where the next two interchanges are.



Last chance to exit in the Peach State!

And it's back to Tennessee.









































Crossing I-840, the gateway into metro Nashville.























Encountering the first concurrency in Music City, with I-40.









Now onto the second Nashville concurrency, this time with I-65.





































Coming in from the north is I-69, which is currently in the process of being extended south from Indianapolis.







I-69 exits to the south; plans are to complete it to Memphis at the very least. And then there's the matter of connecting to Texas by continuing across the Deep South, but we'll save that for another post.























Hey, I-57 does not go into Memphis! In fact, it is being extended to Arkansas, but I-55 south can be picked up to continue into Tennessee. At least the northbound signs are more accurate, in that you can continue to Chicago via I-57 north or St. Louis via I-64 west.
